* Students are requested to provide a certificate of studentship.

** This year, only with explicit request by means of the registration form (a specific voice will be present), a printed copy of proceedings including the full papers can be available with an extra charge of 80 EURO. People who are interested in this copy have to pay it together with the registration fee within June 30 (first term of payment).

The full registration fee includes the publication of maximum two accepted papers, the Book of Abstracts, the electronic workshop proceedings (full text of the accepted papers) and materials and the access to all events sessions. Lunches, coffee breaks, the welcome party and the gala dinner are included in the full registration fee.

The student registration fee includes the Book of Abstracts, the electronic workshop proceedings (full text of the accepted papers) and materials and the access to all events sessions. Lunches, coffee breaks and the welcome party are included. The gala dinner is not included in the student registration fee. This fee includes the publication of maximum two accepted papers ONLY FOR STUDENT PAPER AWARD.

Each additional accepted paper, associated to the same registration, can be published in the symposium proceedings at the additional cost of 50 EUR each.

The accompanying person fee includes an half- day GUIDED WALKING TOUR of FLORENCE, lunches, coffee breaks and the welcome party.
