FULL PAPER

 

After receiving their summary acceptance, the authors are invited to submit the final papers and an abstract of your full paper in camera-ready format, according to the instructions found in the document template (select TC4 or IWADC template) paper_format.zip .

The paper shall not exceed 6 (six) pages, including figures and references. NO EXCEPTION IS ALLOWED.

All manuscripts must be in english. Do not number the pages of your manuscript. Do not introduce headers or footers.

Use the web site of congress to send the electronic version of the file ONLY in Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) format.

The files should be named by your Paper ID (see your review form) and appropriate extension (example: 1001.pdf for full paper and boa1001.pdf for book of abstracts).

The authors are invited also to submit a copy of IMEKO Declaration Form. Please complete all fields and send with signature in PDF file format by our web based system when it is required. The files should be named by your Paper ID (see your review form) and appropriate extension (example: df1001.pdf ).

The abstract of the accepted papers will be published in the printed Book of Abstracts. The Proceedings (full text of the accepted papers) will be published on a CD-ROM. Both will be distributed to all registered participants at the Conference site.

Please send the full paper in a camera-ready format by our web based system, no later than June 30, 2008.

To verify that the submitted documents have been received correctly and completely by the Conference secretariat, the authors are kindly requested to check – one or more days after the date of submission – their papers' status here. In case of failure, they should not resubmit their documents, but ask for help.
